We know that choosing to use our service is an extremely personal and private matter.  We will work to explain what we believe we can do to help and determine a path to great credit! Though we cannot explain all the techniques we use to successfully work on your account, we will explain WHAT we feel we can do and if we feel our services will work for you.  Our first priority is to help our customers achieve their goal of better credit.  This is a partnership, so we always inform our clients of what they need to do to make the process work most effectively.  Many companies that claim to “repair your credit” try to do so by outsourcing to other companies and even using ineffective software that attempts to do the work for them.  We believe in hiring and training hard working employees that can thoroughly review your credit reports and dispute inaccurate information from them.  Our technique provides a much higher success level as well as provides our customers with a more personalized experience.  As part of our promise to deliver the highest level of customer service, Anchor Credit Experts customers receive a monthly update call, e-mail, or text message (depending on their preference).  This ensures that our customers are aware of the progress we are making while also reminding them to bring in information that may be needed.  This service is rare in the Credit Repair industry and we pride ourselves on being able to offer it.

[title]Family Law[/title][toggle open=”yes” title=”How long does it take to repair my credit?”]While we try to remove inaccurate, unfounded, out of date, false, and erroneous information as quickly as possible, it is impossible to give an exact timeline as each case is different.  The more items we are fighting to remove, the longer it might take.  A general timeline is between 3-9 months, though sometimes it may take a bit longer or even shorter timeframe.  Ask your sales representative about our priority service that can potentially reduce the repair time needed.[/toggle][toggle title=”How long does it take to repair my credit?”]While we try to remove inaccurate, unfounded, out of date, false, and erroneous information as quickly as possible, it is impossible to give an exact timeline as each case is different.  The more items we are fighting to remove, the longer it might take.  A general timeline is between 3-9 months, though sometimes it may take a bit longer or even shorter timeframe.  Ask your sales representative about our priority service that can potentially reduce the repair time needed.[/toggle][toggle title=” Can I still be a customer if I’m not located in Texas?”]Yes, we provide Credit Repair Services for residents nationwide (unless a restriction applies in a specific state).  Many of our clients are even deployed overseas and use our services while out of the country.[/toggle][toggle title=”If I’m on a 2-person plan, can we each pay or get billed separately?”]Yes, we allow individual payment options on all of our plans.[/toggle][toggle title=” When is the best time to start your service?”]This is determined by what your goal is.  Perhaps you are trying to buy a house.  If this is the case, you might want to get started at least 6-9 months before you plan on purchasing.  If you plan on purchasing a car, then you might want to opt for our Priority Service which can potentially improve your credit in just a few months.[/toggle][toggle title=”Is my information secure?”]Yes, we adhere to a very strict privacy policy that protects all of your valuable information.  All client information is protected on a secure server and backed up routinely. To ensure documents are not compromised, we shred all paper documents after saving them in our database.  We use secure computer terminals as well as an encrypted database. Please remember, we only bill you once we have already worked on your service for any given month.  Just like a water or utility provider, you are liable for your final month’s payment after canceling our service.[/toggle]
